Shipping Policy

Lewis Style ships from Vancouver, Washington. Effective November 2, 2026.

U.S. door only

We will not print an international label. If a checkout sneaks through with a foreign address, we cancel and refund. Alaska and Hawaii are U.S. destinations when the carrier quotes them at our free-ship terms.

The $0 line

Every U.S. order shows free standard shipping with no minimum. There is no “small-order” fee and no paid upgrade on this shop. Tax is not shipping.

Apartment packing

This shop packs from 13717 NW 2ND AVE APT S159, VANCOUVER, WA 98685-2980. After the card clears we usually pack in 1–2 business days. Hours: Tuesday–Saturday, 10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. Pacific time. Tracking goes out when UPS/USPS scans the bag.

Transit

Most contiguous U.S. deliveries land in 3–7 business days after that scan. If tracking freezes for three business days, email [email protected].

If the label is wrong

We use what you typed. Returned parcels come back to Vancouver, WA. We reship after any carrier bounce fee, or we refund goods.

Opened damaged

Photos of the bag and the garment within 7 days. Lost-in-transit with no delivery scan: reship or refund.

The live checkout on https://lewisstyle.shop/checkout/ must show a United States ship-to and a $0.00 shipping line. We do not add paid freight after the card captures. If a paid method appears, it is an error — email [email protected] and do not complete the order.

Cut-off

Orders confirmed before 2:00 p.m. local time in VANCOUVER, WA on a business day usually make that day’s pack list. Later orders roll to the next business day. Tuesday–Saturday, 10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. Pacific time.

What we will not do

We will not hold a parcel for pickup in another country, split an order to dodge export rules, or mark a foreign address as “gift” to force a label.
