Identity, addresses, phone, order lines (men’s shirts/pants/jackets and sizes), processor tokens (not full PAN on this server), device/IP for cart, and support photos.

Use

Fulfill U.S. orders, tax, RMAs, fraud checks, books. No sale of personal information for cash. No kids’ catalog.

California and similar states

Email [email protected] for access, deletion, correction, or CPRA opt-out. Subject line: “California privacy request.” COPPA: we do not collect from children under 13. CAN-SPAM: transactional mail is orders; marketing would unsubscribe to 13717 NW 2ND AVE APT S159, VANCOUVER, WA 98685-2980.

Payment processors

Card data is collected in a payment iframe or hosted field. Lewis Style does not write full primary account numbers to this WordPress database. Chargebacks and fraud reviews may require us to share order identifiers with the processor.

How long we keep records

Order records stay as long as U.S. tax and accounting rules require, typically several years. You may ask [email protected] to delete account fields the law does not force us to keep.

Do not sell

We do not sell personal information for money. If a future tool meets a state’s definition of “share,” California residents can opt out by emailing [email protected] with the subject “Do not sell or share.”
