Thirty-day RMA

Write [email protected] within 30 days of delivery. Wait for the RMA before you visit the post office. The return street is the Vancouver apartment on file: 13717 NW 2ND AVE APT S159, VANCOUVER, WA 98685-2980.

What comes back clean

Unworn shirts with tags, unaltered pants, jackets with working zippers. Indoor try-on only.

What stays with you

Washed pieces, outdoor wear, smoke, perfume, pet hair, makeup on collars, final-sale lines, and day-31 change-of-mind.

No one-box exchange

Refund the first size, buy the second if it is still listed.

Money back

Original card, typically 5–10 business days after we intake the parcel. You cover return postage unless we shipped the wrong SKU or a defect. Free outbound shipping is not refunded on a change of mind.

Inspection

We open returns in the order they arrive at 13717 NW 2ND AVE APT S159, VANCOUVER, WA 98685-2980. If the piece fails the unused/tag rule, we email photos and either ship it back or, if you ask, dispose of it. No silent restocking of a worn garment.

How long a refund takes to show

Once we approve, the card processor usually posts in 5–10 business days. Your bank may add a day or two. We do not refund to a different card or to cash.

The 30-day RMA window, free outbound U.S. shipping, and “unused with tags” rule are the same claims we would enter in Google Merchant Center for Lewis Style.
